Loki has proposed a wager with his blood-brother Óðinn; to see where the soul of an unassuming mortal will end up upon their death. Unaware of the higher beings observing him, a man has set off from his home on a journey of discovery. Though the gods will place many challenges and hardships before him, the path he chooses to walk shall determine his fate.
